How to cook
Clean the meat from the skins and other unwanted bits and cut it into six beef steaks. Season them with salt, lemon juice and thyme and put them in the refrigerator in a closed container for about 2 hours.
After the time has passed, heat the barbecue and lightly grease it and throw the steaks on it to cook.
Cook the steaks on high heat for about 2 minutes on each side.
If you want them to be medium rare, leave them for another 2-3 minutes, once again on each side. If you would like them to be well done, leave them on for about 7-8 minutes on each side.
Serve ready-made and delicious barbecue beef steaks with french fries.
