The steaks are beaten thin, rubbed with salt and black pepper and left to stand for 1 hour to cool. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the steaks on both sides. Then arrange them in a greased pan. The mushrooms are cleaned and cut into small pieces.
Stew for 5-10 minutes in the preheated oil. While mixing continuously, add broth and cream and season with salt, black pepper and nutmeg. Once the sauce bubbles, pour it over the steaks. Put the dish to bake in a preheated oven for about 1 hour.
