Easy Cake with Two Eggs and Jam
- eggs - 2
- sugar - 1 cup
- fig jam - 1 cup
- baking soda - 1 tsp.
- yogurt - 1 and 1/4 cups
- water - 4 tbsp.
- oil - 1/4 cup
- flour - 2 cups
- walnuts - for sprinkling, ground
- powdered sugar - optional
In a bowl, crack the eggs and beat them together with the sugar.
Put the soda in the yogurt and wait for it to rise a little.
Once it is ready, add it to the mixture.
Add the water and oil and finally the jam with the flour.
Mix well and pour into a greased baking tray.
Sprinkle with ground walnuts on top.
Place in the oven and bake until done.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
