How to cook
Cut the meat into cubes (medium-sized) and fry it in oil. Add the onion, carrots, celery, tomatoes and spices, black and red pepper, salt and wine. If the mixture is too thick, stew it with a little hot water.
Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes whilst constantly stirring. Finally, add the mushrooms. Stir the mixture well and put it into a clay pot, sprinkle it with grated cheese and bake it in a preheated oven until the cheese is ready.
