How to cook
The very first step in the recipe for easy and tasty cake for your afternoon coffee is to prepare the liquid mixture.
Beat the sugar very well along with the eggs with a mixer or a whisk, then add the yoghurt, which you have already mixed with the soda and stir again. Add the oil and vanilla and stir again.
Sift the flour along with the baking powder and little by little, while continuously beating it, add it to the liquid mixture and beat until it's smooth.
Grease the cake pan with oil and pour the mixture in it, leaving aside 1 cup from it, in which you will add cocoa to give it some color.
Pour the cocoa mixture evenly over the vanilla.
Bake the cake in a preheated 356°F (180 degree) oven for about 40 minutes, while making sure it is baked by poking it with a toothpick.
If it comes out dry, the coffee cake is ready.
Once it cools down, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
