Ingredients

  • eggs - 3 egg yolks
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • sugar - 3/4 cup
  • cocoa - 3/4 teaspoon
  • raisins - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • orange zest - 3 - 4 tablespoons, finely chopped
  • nuts - 3 - 4 tablespoons of mixed, roasted and ground

  • rum - 2 tablespoons
  • chocolate - for rolling in
  • coconut - flakes for rolling in

How to cook

Mix the raisins with rum. In a thick-bottomed dish on the stove, put the butter, egg yolks, sugar and cocoa.

Stir the mixture vigorously and constantly with a whisk until it begins boiling. Remove it from the heat and mix in the remaining products.

After cooling, carefully shape balls and roll them in coconut flakes or nuts and grated chocolate.
