- octopus - 2 lb (1 kg) small, or 1 whole, large
- garlic - 4 cloves
- olive oil
- black pepper - optional
- curry - 2 - 3 pinches
- lemons - 1
If using small octopuses, dip them in boiling water for a few minutes. If cooking a large octopus, put it to boil for 30-40 minutes. Remove the cooked octopus, drain it and cut it into pieces.
