How to cook
If using small octopuses, dip them in boiling water for a few minutes.
If your are cooking a large octopus, put it to boil for 30-40 minutes. Remove the cooked octopus, drain it and cut it into pieces.
Heat olive oil in a deep pan, fry the chopped garlic cloves and put the octopus pieces to fry for about 10 minutes.
When almost ready, squeeze out the juice of 1 lemon, add the spices and remove the octopus from the heat.
