  • pork ribs - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • honey - 2 tbsp.
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp, dark
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • indian curry - 1/2 tsp.
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • white wine - 1/2 cup

How to cook

Dark soy sauce has a thick consistency, pronounced and rich aroma, but at the same time, it is less salty than light-colored sauce.

The preparation of soy sauce takes a long time (from one and a half to three years).

The dark soy sauce is mainly used as a seasoning for meat dishes and to prepare marinades for meat.

In a bowl, mix the liquid honey, dark soy sauce, black pepper, Indian curry, and olive oil.

Put the pork ribs in this marinade and leave for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator, covered with foil.

Bake in a baking tray in which you have poured the white wine on the bottom.

Bake the ribs in the oven for about 60 minutes at 356°F (180° C).

Serve hot with a garnish of oven-baked potatoes and carrots.
