How to cook
The brussels sprouts are washed and cleaned, then soaked in water with a little lemon juice for about 30 minutes. Rinse and pour cold, salted water over them so that they are covered. Once the water boils, let it boil for about 7 minutes.
Remove from the heat, pour out the boiling water and pour in cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain and drizzle the Brussels sprouts with lemon juice.
Finely chop the onion and mix with the soy yogurt and crushed walnuts.
Add the mixture to the vegetables and stir.
