How to cook
The broccoli is cut into medium-sized roses and blanched in boiling salted water for 4-5 minutes. Drain well, place on a plate.
In the yogurt, add the crushed garlic cloves, salt to taste, and stir.
Put the broccoli on the plate. Heat olive oil in a small pan and fry the red pepper, maybe with a pinch of hot pepper, if you like.
Pour the yogurt on top of the broccoli and serve immediately.
