How to cook
Wash, dry and cut each chicken drumstick in half. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake the salted chicken dumsticks with a little oil and water in a preheated oven at 392°F (200 C) for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Add the flour, stir and bake for a short while in the pan where the chicken is.
Add the canned tomatoes with a little water, garlic and sugar and mix well.
Bake for another 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens and finally sprinkle with chopped parsley.
