How to cook
The onions and tomatoes are cut into small pieces and the potatoes into cubes.
Fry the onion and cumin in hot oil.
Add the tomatoes and stir for a few minutes.
Add the potatoes, curry and salt. Pour a little water and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and simmer until the potatoes are soft.
After that, add the cauliflower and leave the vegetable curry until all the vegetables are fully cooked.
Finally, season with salt, if necessary and sprinkle the vegetarian cauliflower curry with parsley.
