How to cook
Cut the beef ribs into pieces. Try to cut them in the middle between the two bones. This will result in equal amount of meat on both sides of the ribs.
In a bowl prepare the marinade. Add honey, soy sauce and tomato sauce. Stir well until the products are completely mixed up. If desired, add a teaspoon of black pepper.
Add the ribs to the marinade and mix well. All pieces must be well greased on all sides.
Put the bowl in the refrigerator for a few hours. If you can leave them for a night, even better. The meat will absorb the sauce well and will become tastier and more tender.
The marinated beef ribs are baked in a baking tray in which 1/3 cup of water is added. Wrap the pan with foil and bake at 428°F (220 degrees) for an hour.
Then uncover the pan and reduce the oven to 392°F (200). Bake on both sides for 20 minutes.
