Breaded Green Beans with Lemon Sauce
- green beans - 10.5 oz (300 g)
- eggs - 1.
- flour - 1 cup
- corn flour - 1 cup
- salt - 1 tsp.
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp.
- water - 1 cup

- yogurt - 1 cup
- lemon peel - 1 tsp.
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
First, wash and clean the green beans, then put water in a saucepan and wait for it to boil.
Then, put the beans inside and blanch until soft for about 5 minutes, remove and begin preparing the breading.
Put the ingredients in a large bowl and stir until it becomes a thick paste.
Put oil in a pan and wait for it to heat up, after heating, take the beans, dip them in the mixture and put them in the hot oil, repeat the procedure until the beans are done.
Remove and place on a kitchen roll piece to absorb the oil.
Then we make the lemon sauce. Put the yogurt in a small bowl, grate the lemon peel, squeeze the lemon juice, add salt, and stir.
This breaded green bean becomes a very crunchy and fresh warm appetizer.
