How to cook
Add the flour with a little salt and pepper in a bowl and add the diced beef and mix well so that it is covered in spices very well.
In a saucepan with hot oil, fry the meat until browned.
Heat oil and fry the celery, onion (slices), carrot, mushroom (slices) and diced potatoes for 5-10 minutes. Add the tomato sauce and stir.
Add the beer and then the vegetable broths dissolved in 2 cups of warm water. Bring to a boil and add the meat. Season with spices.
Cover with a lid and simmer for 1 hour. Then remove the lid and simmer for another half hour or until soft.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
