How to cook
Fry the bacon in butter. Season with black pepper and salt.
The tortillas are cut in the middle. They are stuffed with bacon, grated cheddar and yellow cheese, pitted and sliced olives and pickles. You can always improvise with products of your choice.
Fold in half, in the middle, in a lightly greased pan, (can also be made in a toaster). It needs to be heated from both ends until the cheese has melted and until the tortilla softens.
You can serve it with spicy salsa and guacamole for a real Mexican taste, but that's completely optional.
