How to cook
The baguette is cut into rounds, which are baked on the grill.
Grate the tomatoes and mix the resulting puree with finely chopped fresh basil and season with salt and ground black pepper.
Peel the garlic cloves and cut them in half. The bread is rubbed with them.
Then each slice is greased with 1 teaspoon of olive oil; spread on it from the tomato paste.
The bruschettas are served immediately.
