How to cook
Finely chop the onion and leek. Put them in a saucepan with the butter.
Fry well and add the mushrooms that you have previously peeled and cut. Fry them too.
Pour the white wine and wait 5 minutes. Add the cream, chicken broth, and spices.
Reduce heat and cook until done.
Remove from the heat, puree the mushroom soup and serve.
