How to cook
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and boil them with the broth in enough water. Then puree them in the pot with the broth
In a separate pan, stew the cleaned and sliced mushrooms in the butter. When they are ready, remove from the heat and add the crushed garlic clove.
Pour them into the mashed potatoes and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. If desired, 1 tsp. ginger powder can be added to the soup.
Finally, add the chopped dill and serve the cream soup with mushrooms with croutons.
