How to cook
Wash the meat and divide into 2, halve each part, sprinkle with black pepper and salt, bread in flour and fry in hot oil for a short while until lightly golden brown.
Fry the mushrooms in the same fat for a short time. Arrange the fillets in a pan and spread the cream cheese and mushrooms on them.
Add 1 cup of water (white wine can be used instead), cover with foil and bake for about 30 minutes in the oven at medium heat.
Grate the yellow cheese and bake without the foil until ready.
The chicken fillet with cream cheese and mushrooms is delicious and very easy to prepare.
