How to cook
The meat needs to be boiled for about 2 hours with bay leaves and a little black pepper. The rice is cleaned and washed, then fried in a little oil.
Add the finely chopped onion, grated carrot and chopped mushrooms. Stew for about 4-5 minutes, then pour into a baking pan.
Arrange the pieces of meat on top, add salt and black pepper and pour the broth, in which the meat has boiled in at a ratio of 3 to 1 (ie. 6 cups from the broth).
Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F (200 degrees) until done.
