How to cook
In a large non-stick pan, pour olive oil, add finely chopped onions and garlic along with the minced meat.
Place on a preheated stove and stir constantly until the minced meat is cooked. Break the lasagna pasta sheets into large pieces and add them to the minced meat along with the tomato chutney and diced tomatoes.
Add your desired amount of salt and sprinkle with your desired amount of black pepper, add 2 cups of warm water, stir and close the lid of the pan. Cook over low heat until the dish is left in its fat.
Remove the dish from the heat and sprinkle with the grated yellow cheese, close the lid of the dish and leave it on until the yellow cheese melts. Fast and very tasty lasagna for the lovers of this dish.
