Oatmeal Banana Biscuits
- bananas - 2 pcs. (medium)
- oatmeal - 10.5 oz (300 g)
- honey - 2 equal tablespoons
- raisins - 2 tbsp. (soaked)
- dried apricots - 1 - 2 pcs.
The peeled bananas are broken into pieces in the blender jug, I used a chopper.
Add oatmeal, honey and blend for a short while into a smooth mixture. And if pieces of oatmeal are left, it is not fatal, it's actually better.
Add the pre-soaked in whiskey or other alcohol raisins and mix well. Using a spoon, form 9 biscuits on baking paper.
Dried apricots are cut into pieces and top off the biscuts with them. Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (180 degrees) for about 10-12 minutes with the fan on and they're done.
Tasty and healthy, they are wonderful!
