Ingredients

  • sugar - 1 cup
  • cream - 1 cup
  • butter - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • vanilla powder - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 1 pinch

How to cook

In a deep bowl with a thick bottom, heat the sugar until the caramel forms. Pour the boiling cream.

Add the vanilla, butter and salt. Cook the caramel sauce on low heat a little more until a homogeneous and smooth mixture is obtained.
