How to cook
Heat the oil in a pan and add the finely chopped onions, peppers and carrots, fry them for a short while. Add the diced potatoes and stir to so they fry for a short while as well.
Add the tomato puree and paprika, stir and add 1 liter of hot water. Let the dish cook for 10 minutes and add the washed and strained rice, your desired amount of salt and sprinkle with black pepper, thyme, basil, parsley and hot dried peppers.
After boiling, transfer the dish to a preheated 392°F (200 degree) oven and bake until the rice has cooked, while making sure you stir the dish 2-3 times during baking. Aromatic and very tasty potatoes with rice dish.
