How to cook
The pork is cut into equal small bite like pieces. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, a little savory herb and pour over the homemade wine.
Leave them to cool for 1-2 hours.
The vegetables are cleaned and cut into pieces, about the size of the meat.
Meat is arranged on the wooden skewers, alternating with pieces of peppers and onions. On each skewer we add up to 5-6 bites of meat.
Heat a grill and grease it and meat. Bake evenly on all sides until you get an appetizing color.
Serve with a garnish of vegetables and a glass of beer!
