How to cook
In a separate bowl, whip the cream. Thoroughly mix the cream and the mixture of yolks.
Stir slowly with a spatula until completely homogenous. The mixture is poured into an ice cream machine.
The cherries are washed, pitted and cut into small pieces. After about 15 minutes from when you turned on the ice cream machine, add the cherries.
The homemade cherry ice cream is ready.
