How to cook
The zucchini are washed and cut into slices about 5 millimeters, lenghtwise.
They are placed on kitchen paper to dry. Sift the flour into a rectangular box. Add salt.
Add water, while stirring constantly until it's a little thicker than pancake batter.
Add the oil and stir again.
The air fryer is turned on to heat up. Each of the zucchini is dipped in the breading.
Arrange 1 row of zucchini and cook at 392°F (200 degrees) until they're done.
Repeat the same process with all the slices of zucchini.
The air fryer fried zucchini go well with garlic sauce.
Add the yoghurt and mayonnaise in a bowl. Peel and press the garlic. Add some salt and stir. And the sauce is ready.
Serve the fried zucchini with the garlic sauce.
