- chicken drumsticks - 2 pcs.

- vegetables - 7 oz (200 g) frozen mix (peas, carrots, green beans)
- potatoes - 4 - 5 pcs.

The chicken drumsticks are boiled in salted water, strain them and debone and cut them into large pieces.
Heat oil, fry finely chopped onions to soften, add the mix of vegetables and chopped potatoes.
See what it tastes like, if necessary add salt, black pepper and oregano. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are cooked.
If there is more liquid, mix some flour with a little water and add it to the pan. Once it bubbling up, it's done. Serve the stew with chopped parsley.
The chicken casserole is ready.
