How to cook
First, prepare the stuffing by stewing the finely chopped onion, add the rice, broth, olives, garlic, apple slices, chopped rosemary and black pepper.
Once the rice absorbs the liquid, stuff the chicken and sew it.
Grease it with salt, oil and paprika and place it in a baking pan with 1/2 a cup of water in an oven heated to 374°F (190° C) with the fan on. Leave it for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, simmer the finely chopped carrots, onions, peppers, celery and grated tomatoes in the fat. Add the chopped cabbage, 1/2 a cup of water, paprika and salt. Boil until the cabbage is soft.
Remove the chicken from the pan, add the cabbage and put it back in the oven.
Bake the stuffed chicken in the oven for another 40-50 minutes.
