How to cook
Line a terrine mold with kitchen paper. Tear the roasted peppers in half and cover the sides of the terrine as well as the base with the peppers.
Stir and pour the mixture into the mold.
Cover the cheese with the peppers. Sprinkle some olive oil. Put the terrine in a preheated oven and bake.
Turn the cooked terrine, while still warm, with the help of a plate. Sprinkle generously with chopped yellow cheese, which will melt from the heat.
Sprinkle with chopped dill and crushed garlic.
