How to cook
In a pan, add the oil and butter and heat them.
Add finely chopped garlic and chopped mushrooms, fry until they're brown in color.
Add the sliced cream cheese and stir until it melts over low heat.
Add the sour cream and stir. After it starts to simmer, add salt and your desired amount of black pepper, stir and remove from the heat. It's a great meat sauce!
