How to cook
We start preparing an Easter egg salad by first hard boiling the eggs. Put the cottage cheese and mayonnaise in a bowl.
Mix well with a fork to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Add the grated eggs and stir.
Add the finely chopped pickles, pressed garlic and the yogurt.
Mix well and season the finished egg salad with your desired amount of salt.
Finally, grate an egg on top. Serve the delicious Easter salad with cold alcoholic drink!
