How to cook
In lukewarm water mix the yeast with the sugar and 3 tbsp. white flour. Allow it to rise and pour in the middle the two types of mixed flour.
Beat the egg, add the oil, salt and knead a soft and non-stick dough. Leave it to rise in the heat for 30 minutes.
It is then divided into 8 parts. Each is shaped with your hands into a loaf the size of a small plate, spread tomato chutney on top, place a piece of yellow cheese, a slice of pickle and a piece of sausage.
Cover with one half of the dough and press the edges. Spread the beaten egg yolk on top, sprinkle with seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 338°F (170 degrees) for 25-30 minutes.
