How to cook
In a deep bowl, mix the room temperature water, the yeast and the sugar. The yeast should not be left to foam.
Add yogurt, sifted flour, salt and butter to them.
The butter should be cut into thin slices.
Knead until you get a nice and soft dough, while adding a little flour if necessary. Cover and leave for 30 minutes.
The rested dough, without kneading it again, shape it as desired and let it rest in the baking pan in which you will bake for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180° C).
Before you put the bread in the oven, spread some water on it.
Put a bowl of water on the bottom of the oven.
Bake the butter and yogurt bread until the toothpick, that you're going to use to check if it's done, is dry - for about 40 minutes.
