How to cook
The turkey meat is pre-boiled for about an hour (not completely boiled).
Fry the cooked meat for a short while in more fat, take it out and put it in the casserole, fry the finely chopped onion and the washed rice in the same fat for a short time, add the tomato puree and paprika and pour everything into the casserole.
Cut the pepper into strips and the mushrooms into slices, add them to the casserole and finally the spices. Mix everything well and pour in about a liter of water.
Bake the casserole for 1 hour and 40 minutes at 390°F (200° C).
The cooked turkey, rice and vegetable casserole is sprinkled with fresh parsley.
