How to cook
Boil the potatoes. Peel and mash them. Add salt, black pepper, warm milk and butter. Mix well until smooth.
Fry the minced meat in a little oil. Add the finely chopped onions, carrots and peppers.
Then add the grated tomato and spices. Pour the mixture into a baking pan. Pour the puree into a piping bag with a star-shaped tip.
Make roses on the minced meat and cover it completely. Bake at 392°F (200 degrees) for about 35 minutes.
