How to cook
Dice the meat. Clean and press the garlic. Clean the pepper from its seeds and cut it into strips.
In a bowl, mix the liquid honey, wine, soy sauce, black pepper and ginger.
In a frying pan heat the fat, add the garlic and pepper.
Steam them. Then add the turkey and cook until it's fully cooked. Finally add the teriyaki sauce and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
Serve the dish warm with a glass of wine.
The turkey in Teriyaki sauce is ready.
