Sauté cleaned and sliced mushrooms in butter until soft and finally, season them with spices. In a large piece of foil is placed a salmon fillet, well- seasoned with salt and pepper. Soak with lemon juice and coat with pressed garlic.
Top this with stewed mushrooms, chopped onion and dill and arrange lemon slices on it. Wrap the foil well and the package is placed in a pan in a warm oven, at 392°F (200 °C). Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
Serve the oven-grilled salmon with mushrooms with chilled white wine.
