  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml) full fat
  • eggs - 3
  • sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • vanilla - 2 packets
  • liquid cream - 2 cups (500 ml) full fat
  • condensed milk - 1 can
  • sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • dark chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g), finely crushed
  • starch


Beat eggs with the sugar and vanilla and add half of the heated milk. Pour the mixture in to the condensed milk and mix over low heat. After a little bit, add 3 tablespoons of diluted starch. Continue stirring until the mixture thickens.

Leave the egg mixture to cool well. Whip the cream with the sugar into snow. Mix it with the cooled egg mixture, stirring with a mixer until you get a smooth porridge. Add the condensed milk and mix again.

If necessary, increase the amount of sugar. Allow the cream to cool completely and mix in the crushed dark chocolate. Distribute it out in dessert cups and leave for several hours in the refrigerator to set well.find similar recipes here
