Ingredients

  • pears - 1 pc.
  • tangerines - 1 pc.
  • almonds - 7 pcs.
  • walnuts - 3 pcs.
  • poppy seed powder - 1 tsp.
  • hemp protein powder - 1 tsp.
  • almond milk - 1 cup. (or 1/2 almond milk + 1/2 water)

How to make

From the previous evening soak the almonds and in the morning peel them. Peel and slice the pear and clean the tangerine from its seeds.

Put everything in a blender and add the almond milk.

Add the poppy seed powder and hemp powder. Blend on second stage for about 30 seconds.
