How to cook
Put in a bowl a little flour, salt, black pepper and paprika and roll the chicken drumsticks in it.
Shake the meat from the excess flour and fry in a little heated fat.
Once it forms nice crispy skin, add the finely chopped carrots, onions and garlic. Fry for a few minutes until they softenen slightly. Season once more with spices, add more paprika, stir and add more warm water.
The amount of water depends on how thick or thin you like the stew, keeping in mind that it will be reduced during cooking. After that, add peas, tomatoes and diced potatoes.
Bring the dish to a boil, then reduce and simmer under a lid until it's fully cooked.
