How to cook
For this classic beef with rice, wash the beef and cut it into small pieces.
In a pressure cooker, pour a little fat and fry the meat.
Pour enough water to cover it and close the lid. Cook for 20 minutes.
In a pan, fry the onion until, which you have previously cut into small pieces, until it's golden brown.
Add the rice. Fry for 5 minutes.
Pour 6 cups of the broth or water.
Add the meat and spices.
Transfer the rice and the meat into a baking pan.
Stir and bake the delicious rice in a preheated oven at 392°F (200 degrees) until it's fully cooked.
