Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • husk - 1 tbsp.
  • water
  • chicken breast - 1 pc.
  • yogurt - 1 tbsp.
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
  • garlic - 1 clove

How to cook

The chicken breasts are cut into thin pieces.

In a bowl, mix the yogurt, the salty sauce and finely chopped garlic.

In this mixture, marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours.

In another bowl, beat the husk and the eggs, let it sit for 10 minutes so that the husk can absorb the liquid.

Then, if necessary, the mixture is diluted with water to the desired density.
