How to cook
Cut the onion as well as the pork.
Sprinkle the meat with the spices and mix well and set aside for about 30 minutes.
Put the oil in a pan, wait for it to heat up well and add the meat.
Stir periodically and close with the lid, but before that pour the wine.
Let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
Add the chopped onion and crushed garlic and cover again with the lid.
Leave the pork kebab on a low heat for a few more minutes.
Serve while warm.
