How to cook
Chop all the vegetables finely in advance. Prepare a sheet of foil with a diameter of 15″ (40 cm). Pour olive oil over it. Open up the deboned trout and place it on the foil.
In the middle, put the mango, mushrooms, carrots and onions. Add parsley, salt and the peppers, and finally - pour on the wine. Close the trout and wrap it in the foil without any gaps.
Bake in the oven at 392°F (200 °C) 8 to 10 minutes, until the foil cracks.
