How to cook
Knead a dough from the necessary products, divide it into 8 equal parts and roll them out gently with a rolling pin. Smear half of them with egg and place half the feta cheese mixed with the eggs on top.
Cover with the other half in such a way that when baking, the ends remain on the bottom and do not open. After rising, coat them with egg and grate the remaining feta cheese on top.
Bake in a moderate oven.
