Thoroughly mix the melted butter and powdered sugar in a large bowl. Gradually add the pre-sifted flour and continue stirring. You need to get a crumbly dough. Put the dough into a pre-greased tray and form an edge along the walls.
Bake this layer in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven until golden (10-15 minutes). Then allow it to cool. Beat the cottage cheese with a mixer and gradually add the whipped confectionery cream. After 3-5 minutes, when it becomes homogeneous and fluffy, add the jam and flavor with vanilla.
Coat the well cooled layer with the beaten cream. Put slices of strawberries on the cream. Put the cake in the fridge for about 2 hours.
