Ingredients

  • beef - 7.5 oz (210 g)
  • butter - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • oil - 2 tsp (10 ml)
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Cut the beef fillet into 1 1/4″ (3 cm) pieces, into a round or oval shape.

Fry them in a pan for 10-15 minutes, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top the steaks with butter and serve with a suitable side dish.
