Ingredients

  • rice - 1 cup (240 g), long - grain
  • peanut oil - 1 tablespoon
  • onions - 1 head
  • peppers - 1 green + 1 red
  • soya sauce - 1 tbsp
  • sesame oil - 1 tsp
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to cook

Boil the rice, drain it and set it aside. Heat the peanut oil in a wok and fry the finely chopped onion and peppers, cut into strips, in it until golden.

Add the rice and soya sauce, while stirring constantly, until the rice is heated very well. Season with salt, black pepper and sesame oil. Serve immediately, while still hot.
